I’m a mortgage advisor with a genuine passion for helping people navigate one of the most important financial decisions they’ll ever make.
I’ve built my experience working within a building society, supporting customers through every stage of their mortgage journey. For me, it’s not just about securing a mortgage—it’s about taking the time to understand each person’s situation, getting the details right, and providing a supportive service that people can rely on.
Before moving into mortgage advising, I worked in estate agency, where I supported buyers and sellers . That experience gave me a broader understanding of the home-buying process, liaising with lenders, other estate agencies and conveyancers to manage the moving parts that can often feel overwhelming.
This combined background allows me to offer clear, practical guidance and a more joined-up approach, helping make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

We understand that life isn’t 9-5, that’s why you can reach us at any time and in the way that suits you - call, email or Whatsapp. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one working day.
What to expect when you speak to us
1. Initial chat
When you first reach out to us we’ll discuss your plans and circumstances to see what you’d like to achieve. We’ll then book you an appointment at a suitable time and in the format that best suits you, whether that’s by phone, a virtual meeting* or face to face (*location dependent).
2. First appointment
During our first appointment we’ll carry out a ‘fact find’ to get to know you and your circumstances in detail. We’ll recap your goals and plans so that we can best advise you on the mortgage that fits you best.
3. Research and recommendation
We’ll then research the right fit for you, once we’ve identified the best fit for you, we’ll present you with a recommendation about the best mortgage based on your personal circumstances.
4. Application
If you are happy to proceed with our recommendation we’ll support you with your application to the lender and keep you informed throughout. We’ll help you with the documents needed to support your application and ensure the application is made with care.
The lender will review your case and if you are accepted will then issue you with a mortgage offer. Depending on the type of application your solicitor or conveyancer will then take over the process until completion.
5. Completion and beyond
We’ll be here for you not just now but in the future, if your circumstances change or you need any further support through the life of your mortgage we are on hand to support you.
